Alessi — MG32 MG32 AZ | Hervidor eléctrico Graves de acero azul claro

There is something almost architectural about the way the MG32 occupies the countertop. Its shape is a perfect cylinder, as shiny as a mirror, made of 18/10 stainless steel that captures the kitchen light and returns it amplified. The handle and base in blue thermoplastic resin interrupt the metallic perfection with a bold note of color, almost childlike in the best sense of the term — a blue that evokes post-storm skies and Mediterranean ceramics. Holding it in your hand as the water heats up is a small domestic ritual of unexpectedly high quality. Michael Graves, a Princeton architect and a central figure in American postmodernism, designed some of Alessi's most iconic objects of the 1990s and 2000s. With the MG32, he applies to everyday kitchen life the same formal language that had transformed public buildings into cultural manifestos: pure geometries, color accents loaded with meaning, and a formal lightness that conceals great design rigor. The kettle belongs to Alessi's main collection, conceived to translate the ambition of collectible design into everyday objects, without compromise. We chose it because at Stilmobili we believe that the kitchen is where design is truly put to the test — not in a display case, but in everyday use. The MG32 is ideal for those who want an object with a story to tell and are unwilling to give up beauty, even in the most ordinary gestures. It is the perfect gift for a housewarming, a significant birthday, or simply for yourself. Project notes: capacity 1.5 liters, power 2000 W, cordless system with a 360° rotating base.
