The Grater Disc for Cheese and Chocolate Project

Magimix designs each accessory disc as an integral part of the food processor system, not as a secondary addition. This steel disc is designed for grating hard cheeses - from aged grana cheeses to firm pecorino - and chocolate, with a surface designed to produce uniform shavings without overheating the food. Compatibility is guaranteed with all Magimix food processor models, except the Compact 2100 and 3100, which require the dedicated extension to be purchased separately.
