The Ilsa Design

Founded in Turin in 1946, when Alfredo Rosso established Industria Laminazione e Stampaggio Alluminio to bring back into circulation the kitchen tools that had disappeared during the postwar years, Ilsa has built decades of experience around a principle that has remained unchanged: designing functional utensils with the artisanal care that large-scale production rarely allows. The Rosso family has carried this vision forward from generation to generation, refining materials and shapes without chasing trends, while remaining faithful to the real needs of those who cook every day - both in professional and home kitchens.
