Centellino — Centolio | Oil Decanter

Centellino Centolio - The Decanter That Unleashes Oil's Potential

Pouring extra virgin olive oil at the table is an everyday gesture that deserves the same care given to wine. Centolio was created to transform this moment: a small 35 ml decanter designed to dose oil precisely, expand its aromas and flavors on contact with air, and keep the bottle consistently dry, without greasy residue on the glass or tablecloth. An elegant solution that reimagines the ritual of oil at the table, bringing it closer to the culture of tasting.

The Centolio Project

Centolio draws on Centellino's experience in the world of wine, where the brand has developed a clear philosophy: every liquid deserves a dedicated tool that enhances its sensory qualities. Applying the same logic to olive oil, Centellino created an accessory that allows the oil to "breathe" briefly before serving, amplifying its aromatic notes. The 35 ml capacity encourages measured portions, enhancing every tasting and reducing waste. Its clear, calibrated form blends discreetly into any set table, from everyday to formal, becoming part of a story of quality that begins even before the first bite.
