Alessi — Vite PM01/6 GR | Sage Green 6-cup espresso maker

There is something organic in the way Vite grows upward: the die-cast aluminum body screws into itself with a slow, deliberate twist, like a botanical vine seeking the light. Sage green - a muted, restrained, almost wild shade of sage - is not simply a color; it is a statement of intent. That of someone who furnishes the kitchen with the same care with which they choose a jacket or a book. The handle and knob in thermoplastic resin absorb the heat without burning, and the hand rests naturally on a silhouette that is already, in itself, a small stovetop sculpture. Philippe Malouin - a Canadian designer trained between Eindhoven and London, with a studio between the two capitals of contemporary design - brings his customary signature to Vite: geometries born from processes, forms that tell of a gesture or a force. The coffee maker's helical twist is not ornament: it is structure, identity, and the reason the design exists. Designed for Alessi as part of the spring/summer program, Vite joins the long tradition of the Italian design factory of reinventing the most everyday household objects through the eyes of international designers. At Stilmobili, we chose it because it breaks the monotony of collectible coffee makers without betraying their function. It is induction-compatible thanks to its magnetic steel base, and it is suited to those who love cooking as much as they love living well. Ideal for anyone looking for an object to give as a truly thoughtful gift, or to keep on display on the kitchen counter, knowing it will stand up to every glance. Project notes: die-cast aluminum, 30 cl capacity for 6 cups. Dimensions 17 × 12 × 20.5 cm. Magnetic induction-compatible base. Handle and knob in coordinated green thermoplastic resin.
