Alessi — Taste-huile PW01 | Polished stainless steel oil taster

There is something ancient and almost ritualistic about tasting oil before pouring it: bringing your palm close, sensing the aroma, observing the color against the light. Alessi's Taste-huile was created precisely to restore dignity to this moment. Made of polished 18/10 stainless steel, this small personal tool for oil tasting combines the precision of functional form with the understated beauty of objects designed to last. Its mirrored surface reflects and enhances the color of green gold, transforming every tasting into a mindful act. The design bears the signature of Lorenzo Piccione di Pianogrillo and Köbi Wiesendanger, a creative duo able to move naturally between the traditions of the Italian table and the rigor of contemporary design. Created within the Alessi Palinsesto collection - the line that consistently explores the everyday rituals of living well - the Taste-huile belongs to that category of objects that do not seek to impose themselves, but to accompany us. Small, essential, necessary. Stilmobili chose the Taste-huile because it perfectly embodies the philosophy guiding our selection: beauty that serves a purpose, a detail that transforms an experience. It is the ideal accessory for those who collect exceptional oils, for cooking enthusiasts who want to bring an extra touch of culture to the table, or simply for those who believe that even a dressing deserves its own ceremony. A refined, eloquent gift without being ostentatious. Design notes: polished 18/10 stainless steel, capacity 5.30 cl, dimensions 17.5 × 7.5 × 6.3 cm. Product from the Alessi fall/winter collection.
