Alessi — Shhh MW64 5 F | Mahogany wood diffuser leaves

There is a fragrant silence that inhabits certain domestic spaces, where the air seems to stand still and time slows down. Shhh captures it in the essential form of five mahogany wood leaves, smooth and silent, which immerse themselves in the diffuser like branches in a miniature forest. Mahogany, with its warm grain and almost tactile texture, absorbs and releases the fragrance with ritual slowness, transforming every room into a place of mindful presence. This object is signed by Marcel Wanders, a Dutch designer who has spent decades transforming the ordinary into the extraordinary through a formal vocabulary of surreal poetry and refined craftsmanship. With Shhh, Wanders does not merely design a functional accessory: he creates a small botanical theater, where nature becomes a quotation and fragrance becomes a story. The piece belongs to the Alessi Palinsesto collection, designed to mark the rhythm of the seasons at home - and it is no coincidence that it is part of the spring/summer range, when the air opens up and the senses awaken. At Stilmobili, we chose Shhh because it elegantly captures the subtle boundary between a design object and an everyday ritual. It is the perfect gift for anyone who loves creating an atmosphere with the same care they use when choosing a piece of furniture or a work of art: people who know that a home is experienced through the sense of smell too, and through silence. Ideal for minimalist or natural settings, it blends discreetly into a shelf, a bedside table, or a windowsill flooded with light. Design notes: mahogany wood leaves, set of 5 pieces, height 23.5 cm, net weight 77 g. Compatible with diffusers from the Alessi Home Fragrances line.
