Alessi — Rundes Modell JH01S24 | Hoffmann cutlery set, 24 pieces

There is a geometry to the table that does not belong to time, but passes through it. Josef Hoffmann's Rundes Modell service is exactly that: twenty-four pieces in 18/10 stainless steel - six tablespoons, six forks, six knives, and six teaspoons - in which the circular form becomes a language. The handle ends in a perfect disk, a detail that is not ornament but manifesto: roundness as principle, rhythm, and completed gesture. The weight in the hand is that of things designed to last. Josef Hoffmann, co-founder of the Wiener Werkstätte in 1903, was one of the fathers of Viennese Modernism: the movement that sought to reconnect art and everyday life, object and meaning. The Rundes Modell - the "round model" - was born from precisely that vision, in which every element of the table had to be coherent, recognizable, and part of a unified formal narrative. Alessi welcomed it into the Officina Alessi collection, the space dedicated to projects that bring the great masters of historical and contemporary design into production, restoring to these objects the dignity of a carefully curated edition. At Stilmobili, we chose the Rundes Modell because it represents what we are always looking for: beauty that does not announce itself, but reveals itself in everyday gestures. It is the service for those who set the table with intention, for those who know the difference between an object chosen and one purchased. Ideal for a home where design is not scenery but conversation - with guests, with history, with oneself. Project notes: 18/10 stainless steel. 24 pieces in total. Officina Alessi Collection.
