Alessi — Rundes Modell JH01/9 | Hoffmann mocha spoon

There is something extraordinarily intimate about the moka spoon: that everyday, almost ritual gesture of slowly stirring sugar into the morning cup. Josef Hoffmann's Rundes Modell - code JH01/9 in the Officina Alessi family - transforms this gesture into a moment of pure formal elegance. Made of 18/10 stainless steel and polished with the precision that distinguishes outstanding Italian manufacturing, the spoon reveals, in its apparent simplicity, a rare design density: proportions calibrated to the millimeter, a line that descends from the handle to the bowl with the naturalness of an ancient drawing. Josef Hoffmann, co-founder of the Wiener Werkstätte in 1903, was one of the founding fathers of modern European design: his vision of a total work of art - in which every object, from the building to the silverware, participates in a single aesthetic whole - finds a faithful synthesis in this small teaspoon. The design, reissued by Alessi in the Officina Alessi collection, belongs to the critical recovery of twentieth-century heritage that has made the Crusinallo manufacturer a living archive of international design. We chose it for Stilmobili because it represents exactly what we believe in: the ability of a functional object to embody history, thought, and beauty without any concession to superfluous decoration. It is ideal for those who set a table with stylistic consistency, for the discerning collector, or for anyone who simply wants their morning coffee to live up to the rest. Design notes: 18/10 stainless steel, length 10 cm, weight 24 g. Part of the Officina Alessi collection, available in a single-item package.
