Alessi — Resonance ABI02 | 18/10 stainless steel fruit bowl

There is something hypnotic about Resonance's surface: an 18/10 stainless steel disc that does not merely contain, but visually vibrates, as if the metal had retained the memory of a sound. The undulating rim, the play of light sliding across the worked sheet metal, the almost flat brim that opens generously — everything contributes to making this fruit bowl an object to look at even when it is empty, placed at the center of a table or on a sideboard. Resonance was created by Abi Alice, an Australian designer whose sensibility lies between craftsmanship and industrial research. Her approach to design gives priority to matter as a language: here, steel is not a neutral material, but a surface capable of memory and movement. The collaboration with Alessi brings this vision into the heart of great Italian manufacturing, where precision metalworking meets a design tradition that has engaged in dialogue with the finest international talents for decades. At Stilmobili, we chose Resonance because it elegantly synthesizes two often separate qualities: that of the functional object and that of domestic sculpture. It is designed for those who inhabit spaces with intention, for those who choose each element of their home as they would choose a word in a text — with care and with awareness of the weight it carries. Ideal as a tasteful gift, it naturally establishes itself as a statement piece in contemporary kitchens, minimalist dining rooms, or dining tables where simplicity is already a declaration. Project notes: Diameter 38 cm, height 5.8 cm. 18/10 stainless steel. Net weight 800 g. Alessi collection, spring/summer program.
