Alessi — RD100 | Dalisi copper coffee maker with Heart and Stars

There is something irreducibly poetic about Riccardo Dalisi's RD100 coffee maker: an object belonging to the most intimate tradition of Neapolitan cuisine - the moka pot, the coffee ritual, the morning steam - transformed into sculpture. Made of copper, an ancient and noble material that retains heat and tells the story of time, the coffee maker is distinguished by a heart and stars engraved on its surface, marks that do not merely decorate but inhabit the piece, giving it a visible soul. Its dimensions - 23 cm high, with a narrow and vertical profile - convey the unmistakable silhouette of the quintessential Neapolitan object, yet Dalisi's hand bends it toward something else: an art multiple, an affectionate gesture materialized in metal. Riccardo Dalisi is a singular figure in the Italian design landscape: architect, artist, cultural promoter in the neighborhoods of Naples, and theorist of artisanal and participatory design. His partnership with Alessi around the Neapolitan coffee maker became one of the most celebrated chapters in the history of the Crusinallo manufacturer - a project that lasted years and involved hundreds of prototypes, before the form found its definitive expression. The RD100 belongs to the *Alessi 100 Values Collection*, a series that celebrates the company's founding values through highly limited-edition numbered pieces: 999 examples and just 3 artist's proofs, each certified and unique. At Stilmobili, we chose this piece because it embodies with rare consistency what we seek: objects that do more than simply function, but have something to say. The RD100 is intended for those who collect design with the same passion with which they choose a work of art, for those who want their home to house objects capable of sparking conversation and wonder. It is a gift of extraordinary intensity, a legacy to leave behind. *Design notes:* Material: copper. Limited edition of 999 numbered pieces + 3 artist's proofs. Dimensions: 23 × 7.5 × 19 cm.
