Alessi — Pots&Pans JM114/28 JM114/28 B | Ceramic non-stick frying pan

There is a particular quietness in objects that know exactly what they are. The JM114/28 deep frying pan from Alessi's Pots&Pans collection belongs to this rare family: black, composed, with a presence on the cooktop that needs no showmanship. The aluminum body - a material chosen for its extraordinary thermal conductivity - is coated with non-stick ceramic, a surface that brings back to cooking the gestural cleanliness that every cook, amateur or expert, recognizes as a privilege. The 18/10 stainless steel handle completes the profile with formal rigor, cool to the touch and precise in the grip. The Pots&Pans collection was born from the collaboration between Alessi and Jasper Morrison, one of the most influential British designers of his generation. Morrison is the master of what he himself called "Super Normal": objects that do not shout, that do not seduce through form for form's sake, but find their beauty in perfect adherence to function. Applied to cookware, this approach produces something unusual in the world of kitchen design - pieces that seem to have always been there, inevitable and right. At Stilmobili, we chose Pots&Pans because it embodies a vision of living that is deeply our own: one in which the kitchen is not a stage but a place of care, and the tools that inhabit it deserve the same aesthetic attention as a sofa or a lamp. It is the ideal choice for those who create a kitchen with intention, for those who recognize the everyday act of cooking as an expression of domestic culture. Design notes: diameter 28 cm, height 14.4 cm. Magnetic steel base compatible with all cooktops, including induction. Net weight 1.6 kg.
