Alessi — Pots&Pans JM110/24 JM110/24 B | Jasper M non-stick frying pan

There is a quiet quality to this frying pan that reveals itself only when handled: the calibrated weight of the aluminum, the black ceramic surface that absorbs light without reflecting it, the 18/10 stainless steel handle that yields to the hand with almost architectural precision. The JM110/24 B does not show off - it simply lets itself be used, and in that everyday use it expresses all its formal intelligence. Jasper Morrison is the master of the "super normal", an aesthetic movement that does not seek originality at any cost but refines the ordinary until it becomes extraordinary. When Alessi entrusted him with the Pots&Pans collection, Morrison did exactly what he does best: he looked at a frying pan for a long time, removed everything superfluous, and returned an object that seems to have always existed. The non-stick ceramic coating - an unconventional choice compared with Teflon, more respectful and with a more tactile appearance - reinforces this idea of quality without declarations. In the Stilmobili catalogue because we believe the kitchen deserves the same aesthetic care as the living room. The JM110/24 B is designed for those who cook mindfully, for those who know that a well-balanced handle or a surface that does not distort the color of food are not details, but the very substance of the design. The magnetic steel base makes it compatible with every cooktop, including induction. Design notes: diameter 24 cm, height 8.2 cm - a versatile size, suitable for everything from an evening breakfast to cooking a second course. Net weight 1.1 kg: substantial, without being oppressive. A frying pan that enters the kitchen without asking to be noticed. It gets noticed anyway.
