Alessi — Pots&Pans JM110/16 JM110/16 B | Jasper M non-stick frying pan

There is an almost moral simplicity to a well-made object. The JM110/16 frying pan from Alessi's Pots&Pans collection demonstrates this with disarming clarity: an aluminum body with a crisp, clean profile, an interior coated in deep-black non-stick ceramic, an 18/10 stainless steel handle with a secure grip and a design free of any superfluous ornament. The magnetic steel base ensures universal compatibility with all cooktops, including induction. Sixteen centimeters in diameter: the right size for those who cook with intention. Jasper Morrison, the British master of quiet design, conceived Pots&Pans as a subtle manifesto against excess. A designer long committed to the idea that form should disappear in use — leaving room only for the experience — Morrison worked with Alessi to restore to the home kitchen the artisanal dignity that belongs to genuine utensils. The collection, added to the Alessi catalog as part of the autumn/winter Palinsesto project, brings to the table a professional-kitchen aesthetic stripped of all rhetoric. At Stilmobili, we chose Pots&Pans because it embodies exactly what we look for: objects that improve everyday life without announcing it. It is the ideal frying pan for those who do not separate aesthetic taste from the pleasure of cooking, and for those who recognize in the quality of materials a form of respect for themselves and their guests. It naturally complements a designer kitchen, yet it sits with equal elegance on any cooktop. Project notes: aluminum with black non-stick ceramic coating, 18/10 stainless steel handle, magnetic base compatible with induction. Diameter 16 cm, height 6.8 cm. Weight 610 g.
