Alessi — Pots&Pans AJM100/24 | 24 cm pot Jasper Morrison

There is a quiet quality in great kitchenware: the ability to disappear into use, to be forgotten while becoming indispensable. The AJM100/24 pot from the *A di Alessi* collection possesses precisely this virtue. Made of polished 18/10 stainless steel, its surface reflects light discreetly, without ostentation. Its generous volume - 880 centiliters - and 24-centimeter diameter make it a versatile tool, designed to live on the heat every day, on any cooktop, including induction, thanks to its magnetic steel base. Jasper Morrison, one of the most influential British designers of his generation, has built his design philosophy around the concept of "Super Normal" - the pursuit of a perfection hidden in ordinary things, stripped of any superfluous gesture. When Alessi entrusts him with the creative direction of the *A di Alessi* collection, the result is inevitably this: a line of cookware that does not seek to amaze, but to last. To be right. The form is the result of an almost moral rigor, where every curve, every proportion, every joint is in its proper place because it could not be anywhere else. At Stilmobili, we chose this piece because we believe the kitchen is one of the spaces where design is measured against real life. The AJM100/24 is for those who cook mindfully, who recognize quality in everyday gestures and do not seek spectacle where substance is what matters. It is the quiet companion of those who love to cook well, without compromise. Design notes: polished 18/10 stainless steel, magnetic base for induction. Diameter 24 cm, capacity 880 cl. Dimensions with lid: 30 × 24 × 20,5 cm. Net weight 2,445 kg. Part of the permanent *A di Alessi* collection, designed by Jasper Morrison.
