Alessi — Plissé MDL09R MDL09R/USA | De Lucchi red resin blender

There is something immediately recognizable about the Plissé: the ribbed surface that runs across the body like a tailored pleat, the vivid red that makes no compromises, and the silhouette that transforms a kitchen appliance into an object worthy of a design shelf. Made of thermoplastic resin with a graduated PCTG jug, the Plissé has the solidity of something built to last and the formal lightness of something that does not want to weigh down the space. The design bears the signature of Michele De Lucchi, one of the most influential architects and designers on the contemporary Italian scene - a leading figure in the Memphis movement in the 1980s, and later a refined interpreter of a design that combines industrial rigor with human warmth. With the Plissé, De Lucchi brings the same sculptural attention he devotes to architectural spaces to everyday life: the pleated texture is not decoration, but a visual structure that engages with light and gives depth to an apparently simple form. We at Stilmobili chose it because it perfectly embodies the philosophy that guides us: beauty at work. It is the right blender for those who refuse to accept that the kitchen is merely a functional space, and who see every object on the worktop as an aesthetic choice before a practical one. Ideal as a tasteful gift or as a distinctive accent in a kitchen already finished down to the smallest detail. Project notes: 700W power, 150 cl capacity, dimensions 23.5 × 18.5 × 42.5 cm. This model is configured with a USA plug and is classified as a discontinued item - an opportunity for anyone looking for a piece destined to become rare.
