Alessi — Plissé | de Lucchi Design Blender

Alessi Plissé - The Sculpture That Lives in the Kitchen

There is something unexpected about holding it: Alessi's Plissé hand blender feels like an object that was designed, turned, almost carved. Its vertical grooves - reminiscent of fabric pleats - are not merely decorative, but the mark of a design that transforms the everyday act of blending into a small ritual of form and pleasure.

Why we chose it for you

Since 1921, Alessi has been creating objects that live in the kitchen without disappearing into a drawer. Plissé is designed by Michele De Lucchi, one of the most influential architects and designers in Italy, who is able to interpret the volume of a utensil as though it were a sculptural form. The result is a blender that does not need to be hidden: it wants to sit on the countertop, be seen, and be used.
