Alessi — PlateBowlCup AJM28/22 | Jasper Mor oval porcelain plate

There is an almost meditative purity to the AJM28/22 oval serving platter. The white porcelain extends into a 36-centimeter oval form, smooth and quiet, capable of holding food without ever overwhelming it. Not an ornament, not a declaration of style: a necessary presence, noticed only when it is missing. Holding it in your hands is already a precise gesture, a balance between weight and lightness that porcelain conveys better than any other material. PlateBowlCup is one of the most recognizable expressions of Jasper Morrison's design language for Alessi, within the A di Alessi collection - the editorial project that brings masters of international design together around the Italian table. Morrison, one of the most influential British designers of the last thirty years, has built his philosophy on reduction: removing everything until only what is needed remains, and doing so with a grace so subtle that it seems natural. The result is a tableware line that never grows old, because it has never chased fashion. At Stilmobili, we chose this serving platter because it perfectly represents the kind of object we love: one that transforms everyday life into a mindful act. It is ideal for those who set the table with intention, who see the table as a space for care rather than mere function, and who seek beauty without ostentation. Perfect paired with the other pieces in the PlateBowlCup collection, yet complete on its own. Project notes: white porcelain, 36 × 25 cm, weight 1.395 kg.
