Alessi — PCH05/24 | Pierre Charpin stainless steel fruit bowl

There is something profoundly Mediterranean in the way this fruit bowl welcomes fruit onto the table: an open gesture, a form that gracefully extends upward with controlled elegance. Made of 18/10 stainless steel, Pierre Charpin's PCH05/24 is an object that knows how to remain silent - polished, precise, capable of reflecting the light of the kitchen as well as that of the living room. Its twenty-four-centimeter diameter defines a generous space, designed to hold without taking over, to present without showing off. Pierre Charpin is one of the most refined designers of his generation: French, trained in the visual arts and industrial design, he has developed a language of essential curves and proportions studied down to the last millimeter. His work with Alessi is part of a tradition of dialogue between Italian industry and European talent that has always characterized the Crusinallo Factory. Charpin brings an intellectual lightness to every piece that should not be confused with superficiality: the form is always the result of deep reflection on the act of use. At Stilmobili, we chose this fruit bowl because it is one of those objects that never goes out of style. It works just as well on a white marble table as on dark wood, in a minimalist apartment as in an ambitious country kitchen. It is the right gift for someone who already has everything but does not yet have this. It is the right purchase for anyone who wants every inch of their home to tell a story. Project notes: 18/10 stainless steel, diameter 24 cm, height 11 cm. Net weight 828 g. Alessi collection, spring/summer season.
