Alessi — Nunziatella | Stainless Steel Slotted Ladle

Nunziatella Slotted Spoon — The Elegant Gesture of Serving

There is something ritualistic about bringing mozzarella to the table: that moment when the pearly white emerges from the liquid, delicate and precious. The Nunziatella slotted spoon is designed precisely for this gesture - to hold it carefully, let the whey drain away, and place it gracefully on the plate. A simple object that transforms a daily habit into a small ritual of elegance.

Why we chose it for you

Alessi was founded in 1921 on Lake Orta as an artisan workshop and over time became one of the world's leading names in design applied to kitchen and tableware. The Nunziatella collection, designed by Emma Silvestris, is dedicated to one of the most distinctive products of Italian culinary tradition. The ESI24 slotted spoon is part of this collection and complements the Nunziatella container - in both function and aesthetics - designed to store and serve mozzarella in one cohesive set. 18/10 stainless steel: the material Alessi chooses when durability and formal rigor must go hand in hand.
