There is something meditative about the white porcelain when it meets Samiro Yunoki's graphic mark. The Itsumo bowl, designed for the household cat, takes the form of a small ceremonial object: round, generous in its sixteen-centimeter diameter, with just enough capacity (35 cl) for the feline's daily meal, yet so light in appearance that it almost seems like an illustration placed on the floor. Yunoki's decoration - by a Japanese artist known for his graphic sensibility rooted in the mingei tradition - transforms a bowl into a collectible piece. The design bears the signature of Naoto Fukasawa, one of the masters of contemporary Japanese design, known for his ability to find the exact form in the most ordinary things. With Alessi, Fukasawa created a series - Itsumo, "always" in Japanese - that reflects the philosophy of the everyday gesture elevated to a ritual. Choosing who designs your pet's bowl is not frivolous: it is aesthetic consistency carried through to the very end, even in the most hidden corners of the home. We at Stilmobili chose it because we cater to those who accept no compromises between function and beauty, not even when it comes to pet accessories. It is the ideal gift for those who love cats and live in thoughtfully designed spaces, for those who give gifts with care, and for those who know that even a bowl, when well designed, says something about who we are. Project notes: white porcelain, height 5 cm, diameter 16 cm, capacity 35 cl. Alessi production, spring/summer collection. Samiro Yunoki decoration.
