Alessi — NF14 1 | Yunoki porcelain cat bowl

There is something almost ceremonial about the everyday gesture of pouring water for one's cat. The NF14 1 bowl from the Itsumo pet collection transforms it into a small domestic ritual worthy of attention. Made of white porcelain, with a diameter of sixteen centimetres and a capacity of forty centilitres, it is an object that knows how to occupy its place in the world with discretion and grace. The surface is animated by the decoration of Samiro Yunoki — a Japanese illustrator and textile designer known for his visual alphabet of childlike figures, stylized animals, and a warm, immediate palette — which brings to the bowl's rim that narrative lightness capable of making every corner of the home a livelier place. The design bears the signature of Naoto Fukasawa, one of the undisputed masters of contemporary Japanese design. Fukasawa built his philosophy around the concept of "without thought" — design that dissolves into use, that does not ask to be noticed but simply works, inhabits, and accompanies. Applied to the world of pet accessories, this approach translates into a clean, stable form, designed to be lived with every day without ever tiring the eye. At Stilmobili, we chose Itsumo pet because we believe caring for our pets deserves the same aesthetic attention we devote to the other objects in the home. NF14 1 is ideal for those who have already created a cohesive interior and do not intend to compromise even on seemingly minor details. A refined, unusual gift for those who love cats and design with equal intensity. Project notes: white porcelain, Samiro Yunoki decoration, capacity 40 cl, diameter 16 cm, height 5 cm.
