Alessi — Mediterraneo ESI21 | Polished stainless steel tealight holder

There is something ancient and at the same time thoroughly modern in the act of gathering light. Alessi's Mediterraneo ESI21 is a candle holder born from the tension between the industrial perfection of polished 18/10 stainless steel and the ancestral warmth of flame. Its nine-centimeter diameter encloses a carefully calibrated proportion: compact enough to inhabit a corner without imposing itself, yet present enough to transform a surface into a small center of luminous gravity. The mirror finish multiplies the candlelight, reflecting it with a vibration reminiscent of the sea's shimmering surface. The design is by the LPWK studio in collaboration with Emma Silvestris, a creative partnership that fits within Alessi's tradition of involving the more reflective and less ostentatious voices of European design. The chosen name - Mediterraneo - is not decorative: it is programmatic. It evokes a cultural basin in which light does not merely illuminate, but tells stories, transforms, and sanctifies. It is the light of laden tables, cloisters, and windows overlooking the sea. At Stilmobili, we chose the Mediterraneo ESI21 because it represents exactly what we seek in exceptional furnishings: objects capable of performing a function with absolute formal dignity. It is intended for those who live with intention - for those who choose every detail of their domestic or professional space with the same care reserved for the most important pieces. Ideal on a desk, a bedside table, or as part of a composition on a shelf, it fits into contemporary settings as naturally as it does into more classical interiors. Design notes: polished 18/10 stainless steel, diameter 9 cm, height 4 cm, weight 120 g. Part of the Alessi collection, autumn/winter range.
