Alessi — Mediterraneo ESI18 | Polished stainless steel napkin holder

There is something both domestic and sunlit in the gesture of placing a paper napkin on the table: a small, almost invisible ritual that Alessi’s Mediterranean spirit transforms into a modest moment of form. Made of 18/10 stainless steel with a polished finish, this unfolded-napkin holder rests on the table with the discreet calm of well-considered objects. Its mirrored surface captures the light and returns it softly, while the profile - 20.5 cm per side and 8.3 cm high - occupies the space with the exact measure of something that has nothing to prove. The design was born from the collaboration between LPWK and Emma Silvestris, a creative duo who, within the Alessi universe, have succeeded in combining structural rigor with Mediterranean sensitivity. The name is no coincidence: it evokes outdoor tables, long lunches, and the white midday light reflecting off metal. It is part of the Alessi spring/summer palimpsest collection, conceived to bring into the home the seasonal lightness that belongs to the time of conviviality. We chose it for Stilmobili because it perfectly embodies the concept of a table accessory that does not hide away, but engages in conversation. It is ideal for those who approach the table as they would an interior design project: with consistency and without excess. It pairs naturally with contemporary table settings, yet knows how to hold its own in a more classic setting. A refined gift, or simply the missing finishing touch. Design notes: 18/10 stainless steel, polished finish. Dimensions 20.5 × 20.5 × 8.3 cm. Compatible with standard-size unfolded paper napkins. Net weight 730 g.
