Alessi — Mami SG53/76 | White porcelain coffee cup

There is something deeply homely yet refined about the Mami coffee cup: a soft curve that invites you to hold it, white porcelain that catches the morning light and reflects it with discretion. Small in volume - with a capacity of just six centiliters, the classic format of Italian espresso - the care taken in the design lies entirely in its proportions. The white is absolute, without embellishment, yet never cold. Mami is one of the most beloved collections in Alessi's recent history, designed by Stefano Giovannoni and conceived as a complete system for the contemporary table. Giovannoni, a central figure in Italian design, combining cultured humor with pop sensibility, creates with Mami a dinnerware set that does not renounce the classicism of its forms but passes through them with a lightness all its own - reassuring roundness, clean silhouettes, and an immediate sense of belonging. The collection is rooted in the idea of a "total home", where each piece interacts with the others in a coherent and welcoming rhythm. At Stilmobili, we chose Mami because it embodies exactly what we seek in every object we offer: the ability to make beauty part of everyday life. This coffee cup is ideal for those who want to create a carefully styled table without ostentation, for those who enjoy entertaining elegantly, or simply for anyone who wants to turn the coffee ritual into a small moment of considered style. It pairs naturally with the other pieces in the collection, but stands perfectly well on its own. Design notes: white porcelain, capacity 6 cl, diameter 6.5 cm.
