Alessi — Mami SG53/54 | White porcelain bowl

There is something immediate and at the same time refined about the Mami bowl: a form that seems to spring naturally from the material, smooth, compact, silent. White porcelain appears here in its purest version - without decorations, without superstructures - yet capable of capturing light with a delicacy that few surfaces can offer. Fourteen and a half centimeters in diameter, with a capacity of thirty-three centiliters: measurements designed to hold with grace, whether it is an elegant soup, a dessert, or a dish to share at the table. Mami was created by Stefano Giovannoni, one of the most visionary and prolific designers in Alessi's recent history. Launched in the early 2000s, the Mami collection reinterprets the classic tableware set through a contemporary formal vocabulary: soft curves, balanced proportions, and stylistic consistency that allows each individual piece to interact harmoniously with the others. Giovannoni - known for his ability to blend design culture with popular imagery - brings to this line an apparent simplicity that conceals in-depth formal research. We chose the Mami bowl because it embodies what Stilmobili seeks in tableware products: objects that have something to say even when they are empty. It is the right piece for those who want to create a table setting with a distinct identity, capable of complementing both an informal lunch and a dinner with character. Ideal as a gift, perfect for anyone completing or renewing their Alessi tableware set. Design notes: white porcelain, capacity 33 cl, diameter 14.5 cm. Part of the Mami collection, available in the spring/summer season. Dishwasher-safe if indicated by Alessi for the line.
