Alessi — Mami SG508 | Forged steel Santoku knife

One of the most recognizable designers of his generation, Giovannoni brings his distinctive signature to the project: organic lines, proportions designed for the human body, and a sense of detail that goes beyond aesthetics and extends into ergonomics.
