There is something cosmic in the name, and something profoundly earthly in the form. *La Cintura di Orione* is a two-handled saucepan belonging to that rare category of objects in which the everyday gesture — cooking, stirring, waiting — takes on an unexpected dignity. Made of trilaminate with an aluminum core and an outer coating of AISI 430 magnetic steel, the outer surface reflects light with the composure of the 18/10 stainless steel inside: two natures in dialogue, one for the flame, the other for the food. The base, compatible with induction cooktops, is not a technological compromise but the natural extension of a design philosophy that leaves nothing to chance. The project was born from the collaboration between Richard Sapper — one of the greatest industrial designers of the 20th century, creator of objects that have entered design history, such as the Tizio lamp and the ThinkPad computer — and two equally authoritative voices: architect and designer Alberto Gozzi and master of Italian cuisine Gualtiero Marchesi. A rare triangle in which the engineering of form meets gastronomic wisdom. Marchesi did not sign a pot: he transferred into steel the memory of a precise, rigorous cuisine, free from superfluous elements. At Stilmobili, we chose *La Cintura di Orione* because it embodies a conviction we share: the kitchen deserves the same aesthetic and intellectual standards as the living room.
