Alessi — KnifeForkSpoon AJM22/4 | Jasper Morrison dessert spoon

There is an almost moral purity to the form of Alessi's KnifeForkSpoon dessert spoon. Made of mirror-polished 18/10 stainless steel, it rests in the hand with the naturalness of an object that seems always to have existed - neither redundant nor overlooked. The handle tapers discreetly, while the back of the spoon reflects light with the geometric precision characteristic of the finest Italian steel production. The design bears the signature of Jasper Morrison, one of the most influential British designers of his generation and a recognized master of the so-called "super normal" - an aesthetic that seeks perfection not in ornamentation, but in the essential. Morrison has built his philosophy around the idea that the best objects are those that go unnoticed because they function impeccably, because they already belong to the world without effort. KnifeForkSpoon is perhaps his clearest statement in this regard: a cutlery collection that does not seek to amaze, but to endure - in both material and taste. The set is part of Alessi's A collection, an editorial project that brings together some of the most rigorous interpretations of the brand's identity. At Stilmobili, we chose KnifeForkSpoon because it represents what we ask of every object we select: formal consistency, manufacturing quality, and the ability to inhabit the table without overpowering it. It is the right cutlery for those who furnish with discernment, including the things they touch, and who know that serving a dessert with the wrong utensil is already an aesthetic misstep. Project notes: 18/10 stainless steel, length 16 cm, weight 48 g. Part of Alessi's A collection, fall/winter season.
