Alessi — JM15/29 L | Jasper Morrison stainless steel salad bowl

There is a quiet quality to 18/10 stainless steel when it is crafted with this precision: it reflects light without ever flaunting it, holds without feeling heavy, and invites touch with an almost tactile satisfaction. Jasper Morrison's JM15/29 L salad bowl for Alessi is exactly this - an object that does not demand attention but earns it, placed at the center of the table with the same naturalness as someone who has nothing to prove. Its 29-centimeter diameter and generous 410 cl capacity make it a tableware tool in the fullest sense: designed to be used, not merely admired. Jasper Morrison is among the most respected designers of his generation - British, trained between London and Berlin, and an advocate of a design philosophy he himself has called "super normal": objects that do not shout about their originality but embody it through formal perfection. His collaboration with Alessi has produced pieces that already belong to the history of contemporary tableware design, and this salad bowl is a consistent expression of that approach: the geometry is clean, the profile carefully studied, and nothing is accidental. At Stilmobili, we chose this piece because it embodies what we look for when selecting tableware: not decoration, but a form that improves the everyday gesture. It is ideal for those who furnish with consistency, and for anyone who recognizes the value of an object that lasts for decades without growing old. A gift of absolute quality, or a purchase for oneself that requires no justification. Design details: 18/10 stainless steel, diameter 29 cm, capacity 410 cl.
