Alessi — Itsumo NF08/76S | Fukasawa Yunoki ware espresso cup

There is something profoundly serene about the Itsumo cup. The white porcelain welcomes Samiro Yunoki's decoration with the lightness of a sheet of rice paper: stylized figures, marks that seem to have been drawn by a brush moved by the wind, an aesthetic that inhabits the space between graphic design and visual poetry. Holding it between your fingers is already a ritual gesture, even before the coffee is poured. Itsumo was born from the vision of Naoto Fukasawa, one of the undisputed masters of contemporary Japanese design, capable of distilling every object down to its most essential form. His approach - known as "design without thought" - seeks the form that the human gesture already knows before encountering the object. The collaboration with Samiro Yunoki, a Japanese illustrator and weaver born in 1922, brings to this ceramic surface a decorative universe rooted in traditional Japanese arts, transforming a simple cup into a small intercultural manifesto bearing the Alessi signature. At Stilmobili, we chose Itsumo because it speaks to those who see the table as a place of care, not consumption. It is the ideal gift for those who collect beauty in everyday things, for lovers of Eastern design, and for anyone who wants to bring a fragment of authentic visual culture into their morning ritual. The saucer completes the composition with the same quiet grace as the cup. Project notes: cup with saucer in white porcelain, capacity 8.5 cl, diameter 12.5 cm, height 7.4 cm. Samiro Yunoki decoration. Alessi spring/summer collection.
