Alessi — Itsumo NF08/38 NF08/38 25 | Yunoki porcelain salad bowl

There is something deeply serene about Naoto Fukasawa's Itsumo. The white porcelain salad bowl has the formal purity that has always distinguished the Japanese master: a generous volume — 25 centimetres in diameter, with a capacity of 345 cl — that welcomes naturally, without ever showing off. The pristine surface then becomes a stage for the decoration created by Samiro Yunoki, a Japanese artist and illustrator renowned for his work with chiyogami paper: motifs that seem to have emerged from a botanical dream, where the rhythm of nature becomes ornament without losing its lightness. Naoto Fukasawa is one of the great interpreters of contemporary design: trained in Japan and refined through collaborations with IDEO and later with the most important European brands, he has developed a design philosophy founded on perceptual intuition and the idea that a well-designed object should exist in harmony with the gestures of those who use it. With Alessi, this vision finds its most immediate expression in the Itsumo collection — a Japanese word meaning "always", "every day" — a name that is already a manifesto: objects to live with, not to preserve. At Stilmobili, we chose Itsumo because it embodies an idea of dining that goes beyond function. It is a service for those who believe that setting the table is an act of care, and that beauty can also inhabit the simplest everyday moments. Ideal for those who love blending Oriental refinement with a contemporary domestic aesthetic, this salad bowl adapts effortlessly to both an important dinner and a spring lunch on the terrace.
