Alessi — Itsumo NF08/22 NF08/22 36 | Yunoki porcelain oval plate

An oval of white porcelain that holds the silence. The Itsumo serving platter presents that formal purity only Japanese craftsmanship can impress upon ceramic matter: a smooth surface, subtly defined edges, proportions calibrated to the millimeter. Samiro Yunoki's decoration - by the renowned Japanese painter and textile artist celebrated for his vibrant, poetic floral compositions - gracefully disrupts this quiet, placing on the white surface a visual story that evokes spring, blooming gardens, and that transient beauty the Japanese call *mono no aware*. The design stems from the vision of Naoto Fukasawa, one of the most respected contemporary industrial designers, known for his philosophy of "design without thought": objects that fit naturally into everyday life, as though they had always been there. The collaboration with Alessi - a company that for decades has explored the boundary between industry and material culture - translates this philosophy into a tableware object that is both a tool and an aesthetic presence. We chose Itsumo for Stilmobili because it embodies exactly what we are looking for: the ability to transform mealtime into an act of care for oneself and one’s guests. It is the ideal piece for those who set a table with intention, who enjoy blending Eastern influences with European sensibility, and who consider tableware an integral part of a coherent interior design project.
