Alessi — Hmm MW64 3S W | Porcelain diffuser with mahogany leaves

There is something deliberately suspended about the name Marcel Wanders chose for this diffuser: *Hmm*, like a wonder-filled hesitation, like the exact moment when a fragrance reaches our perception and transforms into emotion. The white porcelain body - cylindrical, luminous, with a generous diameter of 11.5 centimetres - rises into a bouquet of mahogany leaves, which slowly absorb and diffuse the fragrance into the room, drawing an almost botanical silhouette in the air. Marcel Wanders, one of the most visionary Dutch designers of his generation, has always worked at the intersection of fairytale and function, cultural archetypes and contemporary gestures. In this object, the choice to pair porcelain - the quintessential noble material of the Alessi tradition - with the tactile warmth of mahogany is no coincidence: it is a dialogue between opposites that attract, between the luminous coolness of white and the warm depth of dark wood. An object that is first looked at, then smelled. At Stilmobili, we chose *Hmm* because it embodies a rare dual quality: it is decoration and function in perfect balance. Ideal for those who furnish with intention, for those who consider fragrance an element of interior design, exactly like light or colour. It adapts to contemporary living rooms, airy bedrooms, and any space that deserves to be inhabited through scent as well. Project notes: height 24 cm, capacity 15 cl, porcelain with natural mahogany diffusers. Part of the Alessi permanent collection, with a seasonal spring/summer release. A small domestic totem, designed to last.
