Alessi — Girotondo AKK51 | Polished stainless steel napkin holder

There is something immediately recognizable about the Girotondo: that line of stylized figures holding hands, drawn with the precision of a graphic mark and the tenderness of a child's drawing. In the AKK51 napkin holder, this iconography is translated into a table object with an open and cheerful character - polished 18/10 stainless steel, a mirror finish, and an essential form that knows how to stand out without ever overwhelming. The Girotondo motif was created by King-Kong, the creative studio formed by Stefano Giovannoni and Guido Venturini, who since the 1990s have redefined the language of domestic design with a playful, pop approach, almost a declaration of love for the visual culture of childhood. Alessi's A collection - of which this piece is part - represents one of the most beloved chapters of the Crusinallo Dream Factory: objects designed to be desired even before they are used. At Stilmobili, we chose the Girotondo AKK51 because it embodies exactly what we look for when setting a table: the ability to bring a story into an everyday gesture. It is the right object for anyone who wants every detail of their space to have a face, an origin, a smile. Ideal as a design gift or as a touch of character in a modern table setting, it works equally well on the table of a minimalist Milanese apartment or in a country kitchen with cultured ambitions.
