Alessi — Giro Kids UNS06S3 | 18/10 stainless steel children's cutlery set

There is something profoundly gentle about thinking of a child's cutlery with the same care reserved for an adult's. Alessi's Giro Kids set stems from this conviction: that mealtimes, even for the little ones, deserve beautiful, solid, thoughtfully designed objects. The spoon, fork and knife are made of 18/10 stainless steel, with a polished finish that catches the light and a soft, ergonomic shape designed for a child's still-developing hands. Nothing redundant, nothing infantilizing: just the right proportions, calibrated and pleasant to hold. The collection was designed by Ben van Berkel, founder of the studio UNS - UNStudio - one of the most influential practices in contemporary international architecture and design. Van Berkel brings to the design of everyday objects the same attention to the fluidity of forms and the quality of the relationship between body and space that characterizes his architecture. Giro is a project that translates this sensitivity into a domestic scale, with results of rare aesthetic consistency. At Stilmobili, we chose Giro Kids because we believe good design has no minimum age. It is the ideal gift for a birth or a birthday, for parents who do not want to compromise on quality, even in their children's everyday tableware. An object made to last - in both the steel and the intention - that accompanies growth with understated elegance. Project notes: the set consists of three pieces in 18/10 stainless steel, 15 cm long. Packaging weight 198 g. Dishwasher safe.
