Alessi — Gianni AMDR05 W | Airtight jar in glass and white resin

There is something disarming about Gianni's simplicity: a little man who holds the lid of a jar tightly, as if he were protecting everything precious with his own body. The transparent glass lets you glimpse the contents - spices, biscuits, small domestic secrets - while the white thermoplastic resin lid becomes the stage for a small, silent story. The shape is clean and the seal airtight, but it is that little figure that transforms a functional object into something that makes you smile. Gianni belongs to the **A di Alessi** collection, the cultural project through which the Crusinallo factory opened its doors to a generation of emerging designers, allowing imagination to take precedence over the rigidity of the catalogue. The piece is signed by **Mattia Di Rosa**, an illustrator and designer whose artistic vision revolves around naïve, funny and melancholic characters at the same time - figures that seem to have come out of an illustrated book for adults. In Gianni, this stylistic signature achieves a perfect synthesis of visual storytelling and an everyday object. We at Stilmobili chose it because it perfectly embodies what we look for when we talk about authentic design: the ability to bring lightness to an everyday gesture such as storing food. It is the ideal gift for those who know how to appreciate irony as a form of intelligence, and for those who furnish their kitchen with the same care they use when choosing a book or a painting. Project notes: capacity 90 cl, diameter 10.5 cm, height 15 cm. Produced in the white colour palette of Alessi's A collection. Autumn/winter seasonality.
