Naoto Fukasawa, one of the masters of contemporary design of Japanese origin, took the iconic bottle shape attributed to Leonardo da Vinci as his starting point for creating a meticulously minimalist tableware set. The Eugenia collection was created as part of the Alessi project — an Italian company founded in 1921 and always a research laboratory at the intersection of design and applied arts — with a clear objective: to respect the tasting experience without overshadowing it.
