Alessi — Edges ITM09 BR | Stainless steel tray with PVD gold finish

There is something hypnotic about the perimeter of Edges: a perforated rim that does not merely contain, but draws a luminous threshold in space, almost like metallic embroidery suspended between fullness and emptiness. The 18/10 stainless steel body transforms beneath the PVD coating into a brass-colored surface that captures light with the soft discretion of antique gold - neither exuberant nor timid. With its 35-centimeter diameter and height of just 3 centimeters, Edges occupies the surface with quiet authority. The design was created by Nika Zupanc, a Slovenian designer known as one of the most original voices in the contemporary European scene, recognized for a language that interweaves formal sensuality, material culture, and a subtle narrative tension. Edges is part of the *Il Tornitore Matto* collection, one of the most visionary universes in the Alessi catalog, where metalworking becomes almost a handcrafted gesture, a workshop memory reinterpreted through industrial precision. The perforated decoration on the rim evokes both lace and graphic pattern, in a balance that is a precise hallmark of Zupanc. At Stilmobili, we chose Edges because it tells exactly the story we seek: objects that do not end with their function, but inhabit the table - or the sideboard, or the bedside table - as presences with character. It is the ideal tray for those who want every detail of their home to speak a coherent language, for those who entertain thoughtfully and consider table setting an act of style. Design notes: round tray, diameter 35 cm, height 3 cm. 18/10 stainless steel with PVD brass finish. Net weight 900 g. Il Tornitore Matto collection, Alessi. Design by Nika Zupanc.
