Alessi — Dressed MW03/2 | Marcel Wanders table fork

There is a fork that is more than just a utensil: it is an object that tells a story. Marcel Wanders' Dressed fork for Alessi is made of 18/10 stainless steel, polished until it reflects light like a liquid mirror, and embellished with a raised decoration that runs along the handle as delicately as an antique embroidery. Holding it is already a meaningful gesture: the balanced weight, the surface that shifts between smooth and engraved, and the 19-centimeter proportion designed to accompany the natural rhythm of a meal. Marcel Wanders — one of the most visionary Dutch designers of his generation and founder of the Moooi studio — conceived the Dressed collection as a reflection on the table as a place of daily ceremony. The design draws on the language of classic silverware, inherited cutlery, and the dining services of grand European hotels, reinterpreting it with the contemporary sensibility that has always distinguished his signature. In this sense, Dressed is an act of love for tradition, filtered through a radically modern perspective. We chose this fork because it embodies exactly what we look for at our tables: objects capable of elevating everyday life without the need for special occasions. It is ideal for anyone who wants to build a cutlery set with a story of its own, for those who live thoughtfully and consider the table an extension of the interior, not merely a support for a meal. Project notes: 18/10 stainless steel — length 19 cm — Dressed collection, Alessi — designed by Marcel Wanders — dishwasher safe.
