Alessi — Convivio DC304 | Chipperfield trilaminated grill pan

There is a quiet geometry in the Convivio pan that reveals itself as soon as you lift it: the calibrated weight, the satin-finished surface that catches the light without showing off, the low, decisive edges that define an almost theatrical cooking space. The trilaminate - AISI 430 stainless steel, an aluminum core, and an 18/10 interior finish - ensures even, responsive heat distribution, while the ridges in the plate imprint on food the fine lines that have always been the visible signature of dry cooking. The stainless steel handles with PVD coating complete the profile with a formal consistency that allows no compromises. Convivio was born from the unlikely and fruitful meeting between David Chipperfield - one of the most influential contemporary British architects, known for a formal rigor that never becomes cold - and Pietro Leemann, philosopher-chef of Milan's Joia, Europe's first Michelin-starred vegetarian restaurant. One designs the space, the other nourishes it: together they imagined a cookware collection in which form truly serves function, without aesthetic shortcuts or technical compromises. At Stilmobili, we chose Convivio because it represents exactly what we look for when selecting an object for the kitchen: one that can sit just as comfortably on the stove as on a shelf, that ages with dignity, that speaks to those who cook with care and consider the table an act of caring. It is the right piece for those who do not separate aesthetic taste from everyday pleasure. Project notes: diameter 29 cm, height 4 cm. Compatible with all cooktops, including induction, thanks to the magnetic steel base. Net weight 1.3 kg.
