Alessi — Convivio DC200/16 | Satin-finished stainless steel lid

A perfect circle. The Convivio lid in satin-finished 18/10 stainless steel is, above all, an essential, polished form, capable of resting on the pot with the quiet stillness of well-considered objects. The satin surface captures the light without showing off, returning a soft glow that is already, in itself, an aesthetic statement. Sixteen centimeters in diameter defining an intimate space - that of slow cooking, retained steam, and preserved heat. Convivio was born from the unlikely and fruitful meeting between David Chipperfield, one of the most influential British architects of his time, known for a compositional rigor spanning museums, hotels, and public spaces around the world, and Pietro Leemann, a Swiss-Italian chef and founder of Milan's Joia restaurant - the first Michelin-starred vegetarian restaurant in Europe. A collaboration that reflects Alessi's philosophy of building bridges between disciplines: design as a cultural act, cuisine as a language, and the table as a place for connection. The result is a collection that brings to the kitchen the same formal tension Chipperfield brings to architecture. At Stilmobili, we chose Convivio because it perfectly embodies what we look for when selecting an object for the home: the ability to be useful and beautiful in equal measure, without one prevailing over the other. It is the ideal complement for those who build their kitchen as they would build a living space - with consistency and care, choosing every element. Perfect for those who love hosting and cooking, and want their tools to tell a story. Project notes: 18/10 stainless steel, satin finish. Diameter 16 cm, height 4.5 cm. Net weight 415 g.
