Alessi — Convivio DC102/28 | 28 cm trilaminated steel low saucepan

There is a quiet quality to Convivio that reveals itself only to the touch: the satin-finished 18/10 stainless steel surface reflects light in a matte, almost velvety way, while the PVD-coated handles offer a firm, composed grip. The low casserole - 28 centimetres in diameter, 7 centimetres high - has the proportions of something that knows how to sit at the table without raising its voice. The trilaminate construction, with its aluminium core enclosed between two layers of steel, distributes heat with a consistency that is itself a form of respect for the ingredients. Convivio was born from an unusual dialogue: between David Chipperfield, the British architect celebrated for his ability to restore quiet dignity to built spaces, and Pietro Leemann, philosopher-chef of Milan's Joia, Europe's first Michelin-starred vegetarian restaurant. The kitchen as the architecture of everyday gestures, the utensil as a threshold between preparation and sharing. A project that Alessi carries forward with the artisanal precision of its Omegna manufacturing. At Stilmobili, we chose Convivio because it consistently embodies what we look for in every piece: the ability to combine function and form without one overshadowing the other. It is the ideal cookware collection for those who see the kitchen as a space of care - for discerning home chefs, for those who cook slowly and intentionally, and for those who want even everyday tools to tell something about themselves. Design notes: induction compatibility guaranteed by the magnetic steel base; capacity 3.7 litres; packaging dimensions 40 × 28 × 7.2 cm; net weight 2.15 kg. Suitable for all cooking surfaces.
