Alessi — Convivio DC100S7 | Chipperfield trilaminated steel pot set

There is something profoundly honest about the way Convivio presents itself in the kitchen: no concession to ornament, no superfluous gesture. The satin-finished 18/10 stainless steel surfaces capture the light without seeking it, while the PVD-coated handles convey a quiet, almost architectural solidity. The set - comprising a pot, a two-handled casserole, a shallow casserole, and a long-handled casserole, each with its corresponding lid - is designed for those who consider cooking an act of care, not performance. The trilaminate construction ensures even and precise heat distribution, worthy of the expectations that such aesthetics can inspire. Convivio was born from the improbable and happy meeting between David Chipperfield, one of the most influential British architects of his generation, and Pietro Leemann, a Swiss-Italian chef who has made vegetarian cuisine a philosophical as well as gastronomic language. Chipperfield brings his customary formal discipline - the same found in his museums and civic architecture - while Leemann introduces the sensitivity of someone who understands the relationship between material and fire from the inside. The result is a project in which form and function do not chase each other, but coincide. At Stilmobili, we chose Convivio because it represents exactly what we believe in: design as an everyday practice, not a display. It is the ideal cookware set for those who furnish with intention, who seek objects made to last over time - aesthetically and materially - and who see the kitchen as a space deserving of the same attention given to the living room. Project notes: satin-finished 18/10 stainless steel, trilaminate construction, handles with PVD finish. The set includes seven pieces comprising pots and lids, providing complete coverage for everyday and special-occasion cooking needs.
