Alessi — Convivio DC100/24 | David Chipperfield trilaminated steel pot

There is a quiet quality to the Convivio pot that can be perceived even before it is placed on the heat. The satin-finished 18/10 stainless steel surface reflects light discreetly, without ostentation, while the steel handles with PVD coating convey a solidity that is also aesthetic. The trilaminate construction - AISI 430 steel, an aluminum core, and 18/10 steel - is not merely a technical choice: it is the way heat spreads evenly and intelligently, respecting both the ingredients and the person cooking. The magnetic base ensures compatibility with every cooktop, including induction. Convivio was born from the meeting of two figures who rarely sit at the same design table: David Chipperfield, one of the most influential British architects of his generation, known for a formal rigor capable of moving people, and Pietro Leemann, a chef from Ticino at Milan's Joia restaurant, Europe's first Michelin-starred vegetarian restaurant. Their dialogue produced a collection in which form follows not only function, but also philosophy: that of a conscious, ritualistic cuisine deeply respectful of its ingredients. The name itself - Convivio - evokes a meal as a collective act, as time to inhabit. At Stilmobili, we chose Convivio because it represents exactly what we look for in the pieces we offer: objects that do not need to explain themselves, but reveal themselves through everyday use. It is the ideal pot for those who cook with intention, for those who see cooking as an extension of their aesthetic sensibility, and for those who do not separate beauty from usefulness. Project notes: capacity 10 liters, diameter 24 cm. Dimensions with packaging 33.5 × 24 × 22.5 cm. Net weight 3.35 kg. Suitable for all cooktops, including induction.
