Alessi — Convivio DC07S4 | Chipperfield kitchen cutlery set

There is a quiet quality to satin-finished 18/10 stainless steel that speaks of real kitchens, of everyday gestures elevated into form. The Convivio set - ladle, spatula, tongs, and skimmer - moves among the stovetops with the same composure with which it would inhabit a design display case: matte surfaces that catch the light without flaunting it, calibrated proportions where nothing is excessive, handles that adapt to the hand with disarming naturalness. Four tools, a single formal language. Convivio was born from the unlikely yet successful meeting between David Chipperfield, one of the most influential British architects of his generation - known for a compositional rigor that does not sacrifice warmth - and Pietro Leemann, philosopher-chef, owner of Milan's Joia restaurant and a leading figure in Italy's haute vegetarian cuisine. Two seemingly distant worldviews converge in a project that treats kitchen utensils as architecture is treated: with respect for function, attention to materials, and rejection of gratuitous ornamentation. At Stilmobili, we chose Convivio because it perfectly embodies that boundary between a useful object and a desirable one that we are interested in occupying. It is the ideal set for those who cook with intention, who consider preparation an integral part of the meal ritual, and who want everything in their kitchen - visible or not - to have a story worth telling. Project notes: satin-finished 18/10 stainless steel, matte finish. Composition: ladle, spatula, tongs, skimmer. Net weight 1.2 kg. Alessi collection, autumn/winter lineup.
