Alessi — Colombina Fish FM23/36S4 | Stainless steel oyster forks, 18

There is something deliberately maritime about the silhouette of Colombina Fish: a formal lightness that evokes the fluidity of water, the subtle grace of a creature gliding through the currents. The four small forks for oysters and shellfish - made of mirror-polished 18/10 stainless steel - nestle naturally between the fingers, with disarming ease, as if the hand had always known them. Fourteen centimetres of metallurgical precision and aesthetic sensitivity, designed to accompany the most refined dining rituals. Behind Colombina Fish are Doriana and Massimiliano Fuksas, internationally renowned architects who bring to the design of this cutlery set the same sculptural tension that characterizes their architecture. With the collaboration of Alberto Gozzi - a key figure in Alessi's creative process - the Colombina collection becomes a cutlery system capable of engaging with the body, with gesture, with the unhurried rhythm of a meal. A project that does not separate form and function, but fuses them into a single act of conscious design. At Stilmobili, we chose Colombina Fish because it belongs to that rare category of objects that transform a habit into an experience. Ideal for those who love to entertain with care, for those who know that a beautifully set table is already a statement of style, these small forks are the detail that makes the difference - quiet, precise, unmistakable.
