Alessi — Collo-alto IS02/5 | Fruit fork by Inga Sempé

There is something unexpectedly poetic about the Collo-alto fruit fork: a small, everyday object that nevertheless manages to hold the gaze. Made of 18/10 stainless steel, polished with the precision that distinguishes Alessi production, this fork stands out for its long, slender neck, which gives it its name - an elegant, almost suspended profile that transforms an ordinary gesture into something slightly ceremonial. The design bears the signature of Inga Sempé, a French designer among the most refined voices in the contemporary European scene, known for a sensibility that combines formal rigor with domestic warmth. With Collo-alto, Sempé works with proportion and visual tension: the slender handle extends toward the tines with an almost sartorial grace, as if the cutlery wanted to remind us that everyday objects can also have bearing. The collection is part of the Alessi catalog, an Italian workshop dedicated to research into design applied to the table and home since 1921. At Stilmobili, we chose Collo-alto because it embodies exactly what we look for when selecting an object: the ability to elevate everyday life without emphasis. It is the right cutlery for those who attend to every detail of the table - not for show, but for the quiet pleasure of surrounding themselves with well-designed things. Ideal as an addition to an existing set or as a gift for a refined palate. Project notes: length 17 cm, 18/10 stainless steel, net weight 55 g. Product belonging to a limited-edition series (end of series), to be considered a true collector's item.
