Alessi — Cillirose PP01 2/USA | Stretch fabric sculptural lamp

There is something profoundly domestic yet at the same time fairy-tale-like about Cillirose: a lamp that does not merely illuminate, but inhabits the space like a small, silent creature. The steel structure is dressed in decorated elastic fabric, transforming into a soft, organic form through which the light passes delicately, bathing the surroundings in a warm, diffused glow. Its compact dimensions - forty centimeters wide and twenty-three centimeters deep - hold all the grace of objects that do not shout, but whisper. Cillirose belongs to the "I Love Animals" collection designed by Pier Paolo Pitacco for Alessi, a project that explores the porous boundary between design and visual storytelling, between a functional object and a small domestic narrative. Pitacco, a Venetian designer with an illustrative and poetic sensibility, creates forms that evoke the animal world with irony and tenderness, without ever slipping into kitsch. The low-energy LED technology - one watt, twelve volts - was chosen not only for ecological reasons, but because it perfectly suits the intimate nature of this light: present, but never intrusive. At Stilmobili, we chose Cillirose for those who seek an unexpected voice in furnishings - something that surprises without clashing, bringing a touch of authentic personality to their spaces.
