Alessi — Bunny & Carrot ASG42/H W | Giovannoni kitchen roll holder

There is something irresistibly tender about the everyday gesture of tearing off a sheet of kitchen paper when it is held by a white rabbit embracing its carrot. Bunny & Carrot transforms one of the most ordinary and overlooked objects on the countertop into a lively presence, capable of bringing a smile before the day has even begun. Made of white thermoplastic resin — a material dear to Alessi's design language for its ability to produce soft volumes and crisp surfaces — the paper towel holder makes an impression with its sculptural silhouette, measuring 20 × 16 × 34 cm: large enough to be noticed, but not so large as to take up too much space. Stefano Giovannoni is one of the designers who has best interpreted Alessi's narrative DNA, that unique tension between high craftsmanship and the playful imagination that the Crusinallo factory has cultivated for decades. With the *A di Alessi* collection — designed to bring the language of designer-led design into more everyday domestic settings — Giovannoni developed an affectionate bestiary of which Bunny & Carrot is one of the most successful entries: an object that tells a small, perfect story, that of a little bunny and its carrot, eternally balanced on the kitchen counter. We chose it for Stilmobili because we believe that quality design should not be confined to the living room or bookshelf. The kitchen deserves the same care, and an object like this — capable of combining irony, form, and function without sacrificing anything — is exactly what makes a domestic space feel truly lived-in. It is the ideal gift for those who love design but do not take themselves too seriously, for a kitchen that knows how to be a place of joy too. *Product notes:* White thermoplastic resin.
